Cocoa Beach La Quinta Inn

Back in 1962, 7 astronauts from the Mercury program got together and started a hotel in Cocoa Beach called Cape Colony. Now it's called the La Quinta Inn.

It's located on the other side of A1A and the beach, and it takes about 5 minutes to walk to the beach from the hotel.

The hotel is not in walking distance of restaurants. For that, I recommend Cocoa Beach hotels near restaurants.

This is not the La Quinta Cocoa Beach Oceanfront hotel. However, it does offer park and cruise packages.

Accommodations include standard rooms with double and king size beds. All room have refrigerators and microwaves.

There is a heated pool and large fitness center on site.
