Long Known as The Red Head
The Spaghetti Factory launched in November, 2009 as an Italian dining addition to The Red Head Martini Bar. The Red Head has always been a popular place to go for drinks by the water and dancing on their outdoor deck. If you get there at opening, you can watch the cruise ships leaving Port Canaveral.
On The Menu
The food is traditional Italian dishes including deserts. There a couple not so traditional items like Italian meatloaf. You also get a selection of five different spaghetti dishes.
The Bar
The Red Head is a martini bar and has an outdoor bar with deck. During warmer weather, it's a great place go dancing under the stars and will stay open past 11 PM on busy nights.
