The Food is Spectacular
When you pull up to this place, you might think twice before going inside, but do go in. The interior is much nicer. The next surprise might be the menu prices, but at The Fat Snook, you get what you pay for.
Imagination
I'm referring to the chef, who obviously has an unlimited imagination in creating recipes and then executing them to delicous ends. The name implies seafood, which is superb, but there are steak, pork chop, duck and chicken delights as well.

Reservations are encouraged due to their size, but not required.
